Building Sustainable Prosperity
The Northern Ireland Programme for Building Sustainable Prosperity (BSP) has as its main objective:
"to move Northern Ireland to a state of sustainable prosperity in a competitive modern economy by focusing on the restructuring of it's businesses and the key skills development of it's people while maintaining a quality environment".
The DSD has responsibility for
- Measure 3.1- Urban Revitalisation, (This Measure is not open to the public for application as it utilises existing Government expenditure programmes)
- Measure 3.2 - Advice and Information Services and
- Measure 3.3 - Community Sustainability.
Applications to the BSP programme must, in the first instance, be made electronically. Application forms can be accessed at the website: http://www.eugrants.org 
Please note that not all Measures will necessarily be open for application at the same time. A full list of Measures and their open or closed status can be found on the website.
