This Housing Association Guide contains the rules and procedures for Housing Associations in receipt of capital grant/allocation from the Department for Social Development. The Guide covers more than development issues e.g. finance, governance, housing management etc, and it is therefore important that all appropriate Housing Association staff take the time to make themselves aware of its content.
