Head of the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Division

Mary Quinn joined the Northern Ireland Civil Service in 1971 in the Department of Health and Social Services. She has worked in a range of posts in operational and support roles in both Social Security Agency and Child Support Agency.

In March 2000 she joined Child Support Agency as Business Development Director and in January 2004 took up the post of Director of Operations.

In November 2006 she was appointed Acting Chief Executive of the Child Support Agency and subsequently became Chief Executive.
