Amendment of the House Sales Scheme to incorporate equity sharing (Word 119KB)

The Department for Social Development has prepared this consultation document extending the House Sales scheme for Housing Executive and Housing Association tenants which will create another pathway to home ownership for social housing tenants. The document sets out the circumstances in which tenants may buy part of their home from their social landlord.
