Housing Bill (Northern Ireland)
Purpose
The Housing Bill is designed to deliver improvements to the operation of the private rented sector, tackle fuel poverty in the social sector by giving new powers to social housing providers to bulk-purchase energy for tenants and improve the operation of existing housing legislation.
