Equality Impact Assessment on the Welfare Reform Bill 2009

The Department is now inviting comments on this draft EQIA. In particular, the Department would welcome comments on any perceived adverse impacts that the policy proposals may have on any of the Section 75 categories and how they could implemented more effectively to ensure equality of opportunity.
