Pensions Bill - Equality Impact Assessment

An electronic copy (above) of an Equality Impact Assessment in respect of policy proposals which the Department anticipates will be introduced to the Assembly as a Pensions Bill in the autumn of 2008. In line with the long-standing policy of parity in social security and pensions, the Bill will make provision for pension reform in Northern Ireland corresponding to that contained in the Westminster Pensions Bill currently before Parliament.
