The NI Pension Service Project Equality Screening Form

To establish a single Northern Ireland Pension Centre by spring 2012 with an organisational structure and process design that supports the delivery of high quality customer service.
To achieve a greater alignment of the two benefits, through a move to a single site so strategically assisting the Social Security Agency in responding to the anticipated changes to both State Pension and Pension Credit.
To facilitate more effective streamlining of staffing structure for both services in the medium to longer term.
To facilitate more effective business continuity planning which enables a greater flexibility of resources.
