Phone lines open:
9 am to 5 pm Monday to Wednesday
10 am to 5 pm Thursday
9 am to 5 pm Friday

Outside of office hours you can leave a request on our answer phone and it will be dealt with within one working day.

You can phone or fax to request a claim form - you must not fax in completed claim forms.
