A range of stakeholders were consulted to produce the reports, and public views were sought at the three events earlier this year.
There were public events to discuss the reports in:
  • Belfast - 21 January 2014,
  • Londonderry - 22 January 2014 and
  • Craigavon - 31 January 2014.
Written responses were also accepted until Tuesday 4 March 2014.
The Department will consider all feedback received and develop its proposals, which will in turn be subject to full public consultation.
