1.00 Introduction
1.01The Housing Association Grant for Eligible Housing Activities General (Northern Ireland) Determination 1992 – following the transfer of responsibility for the management of the Social Housing Development Programme from DSD to NIHE with effect from 1 April 2007, the 1992 Determination is to be replaced with a new Determination. This will be made available to Associations as quickly as possible.
