Help with downloading documents

All links to documents that are availble for download from this site tell you what format they are in and the size of the document either in Kilobytes (KB) or Megabytes (MB).
The larger the size of the document the slower it will take to download.  Where possible we can give alternative sources for the documents; such as hard copy, braille, audio etc.
