Land at Whites Rise, Lagmore, Dunmurry

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development on 30th January 2008 made an Order under Article 102 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 the effect of which is to extinguish certain Public Rights-of-Way at Whites Rise, Lagmore, Dunmurry.

The Order which is entitled the Planning (Extinguishment of Public Rights of Way), Whites Rise Extinguishment Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 and associated map may be inspected free of charge by any person at all reasonable hours at the Department’s Belfast Regeneration Office, James House, 2-4 Cromac Avenue, Gasworks Business Park, Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 2JA.

Vacant Land and Property at 143-145 Shankill Road, Belfast

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Department for Social Development acting in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 made on the 18th day of February 2008, an Order vesting in the said Department the lands described in the Schedule to the Order such lands vested at 143-145 Shankill Road in the City of Belfast.

A copy of the Vesting Order and the schedule and map referred to therein have been deposited at the offices of the Department’s Physical Development Branch, James House, Gasworks Business Park, 2-4 Cromac Avenue, Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 2JA and may be seen at all reasonable hours.

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development on 25th February 2008 made an Order under Article 102 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, the effect of which is to extinguish the Public Rights-of-Way over Beresford Street, Belfast and shall come into operation on 6th March 2008.

The Order which is entitled the Planning (Extinguishment of Public Rights of Way) (Beresford Street), Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 and associated map may be inspected free of charge by any person at all reasonable hours at the office of the Department’s Belfast Regeneration Office, Physical Development Branch, James House, Gasworks Business Park, 2-4 Cromac Avenue, Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 2JA.
