  • approximately 225 acres in the Ballymena area for the period 1.4.2008 to 31.10.2008
  • approximately 191 acres in the Antrim area for the period 1.4.2008 to 31.10.2008
Note: The tendered amount will be paid in advance i.e. on or before Monday 31 March 2008. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Notice of Application for Entertainment Licences

Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (NI) Order 1985 Article 3 Schedule 1: Licencsing of Places of Entertainment
Notice is herby given pursuant to the provision of paragraph 5 (3) of the above schedule that an application for the:
Renewal and Transfer of Licences
  1. Barrow Square – Clarendon Road;
  2. Cotton Court - Waring Street;
  3. Custom House Square - Custom House Square
  4. Lagan Weir and Lookout – Donegall Quay
  5. Lanyon Place – Donegall Quay
  6. Writers Square – Donegall Street
was lodged with Belfast City Council on 13th March 2008.
The nature of the entertainment in respect of which the applications were lodged covers:
  • A theatrical performance
  • Dancing singing or music or any entertainment of a like kind
  • Any public outdoor musical entertainment
  • And the type and duration of Licence applied for is a 7 Day Annual
Any person wishing to make any representation in relation to this application shall give notice to the Head of Building Control, Room 35, Belfast City Council, City Hall, Belfast, BT1 5GS, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, no later than 28 days after the date of the application.
