The Department for Social Development invites proposals from interested parties for the development of sites at 130-138 Castlereagh Street and 60-64 Clandeboye Street, Belfast. The site which is in the ownership of the Department, extends in area to approximately 705 sq metres. The Department considers that the site would be best suited to mixed use development.
