TAKE NOTICE THAT the Department for Social Development acting in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 made on the 23rd day of April 2007, an Order vesting in the said Department the lands described in the Schedule to the Order such lands vested at lands and properties at 20-44 Oldpark Road in the City of Belfast and 17-21 Battenberg Street in the City of Belfast. A copy of the Vesting Orders and the schedules and maps referred to therein have been deposited at the offices of the Department’s

The Crumlin Road Gaol/Girdwood Park Advisory Panel will host a series of information meetings about the redevelopment of the
former Gaol and Girdwood site.
It is important that local communities are at the heart of any planned regeneration of the combined Gaol and Girdwood site.
This is your opportunity to:
  • Hear from the Advisory Panel and Masterplanning Consultants on the work so far; and
  • Find out what this means for your community and you.
Come to your local community information meeting to hear what’s happening in your area and how you can get involved.
