Take notice that the Department for Social Development (the Department”) acting in pursuance of the provisions of the above Act and Order made an Order on 20 April 2009 vesting the lands described in the Schedule annexed hereto in the said Department.

A copy of the Vesting Order, Schedule and related map may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the Department’s North West Development Office, Orchard House, 40 Foyle Street, Derry/Londonderry BT48 6AT.

All that and those lands situated in the City and City Council area of Derry/ Londonderry adjacent to Jacqueline Way and Nualamont Drive, and contained within the boundaries of the Vesting Order map surrounded by red lines and known as:

Area A - 1342m2 Land adjacent to Nualamont Drive;
Area B - 263m2 Marieville Park adjacent Jacqueline Way;
Area C - 536m2 Land adjacent Jacqueline Way;

Together with the bed and soils of all lanes and passageways within the boundaries of the said land and properties as surrounded by red lines on the map.
