The Department for Social Development invites proposals from interested parties for the redevelopment of a site at 232 Newtownards Road, Belfast.

The site which is in the ownership of the Department extends in area to approximately 50.4 sq. metres.                       

The Department considers that the site would be best suited to ground floor retail/commercial with residential or office above.

A detailed brief for the site has been prepared and bona fide developers may obtain a copy from:

Developers wishing to lodge proposals with the Department in respect of this development site must do so by 12 Noon on Thursday 14th January 2010.

The Department does not bind itself to accept any proposals submitted.
