Mortgage Rescue Scheme Consultation

The Department for Social Development has launched its consultation document outlining proposals to introduce a not for profit Mortgage Rescue Scheme. The Scheme will provide assistance to those who are unable to keep up their mortgage repayments through giving greater access to independent advice and, where appropriate, direct intervention.
The Department values your comments on these proposals and would like to hear your views. The document can be found on the department website in the consultation zone. Warm Homes Scheme Consultation

The Department for Social Development has launched its consultation document outlining proposals for revisions to the Warm Homes Scheme. The purpose of the Scheme is to improve domestic energy efficiency and therefore reduce energy consumption in eligible private housing.

Draft Masterplan for the site of the former Crumlin Road Gaol and Girdwood Park

Consultation on the Draft Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA)
The Department for Social Development (DSD) has published a draft EQIA on the proposals in the draft Masterplan for the regeneration of the Crumlin Road Gaol/Girdwood Park site in North Belfast. The Department now wishes to formally consult on the draft EQIA. A copy of the consultation document is now available on the Department’s website at www.dsdni.gov.uk.
