In accordance with the River Lagan Tidal Navigation and General Bye-Laws (NI) 2007, notice is hereby given that river users must at all times comply with the navigation restrictions imposed by a dredging contract which will commence on the impounded section of the River Lagan between Lagan Weir and Stranmillis Weir on 20 September 2010. The navigational restrictions are summarised on Information Notice 28 - 10 and a copy of the notice and the bye laws can be viewed online at:
