TAKE NOTICE THAT the Department for Social Development acting in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 made on the 22nd day of January 2007, an Order vesting in the said Department the lands described in the Schedule to the Order such lands vested at 294-296 Crumlin Road in the City of Belfast.
A copy of the Vesting Order and the schedule and map referred to therein have been deposited at the offices of the Department’s
