New Jobs & Benefits Offices are being introduced in Northern Ireland to improve service by bringing together JobCentre and Social Security Office staff to help you both find work and assist with your benefit needs.

This new arrangement will help keep you in touch with the labour market and find a job.

Under the old arrangements looking for a job and signing for benefit were carried out separately, often in two separate locations, by two sets of staff from different organisations. By joining up the two organisations you will now have only one place to visit.

We will now be able to give you a full range of advice on both looking for work and claiming benefits. With our help, you've a much better chance of getting the job you want.

These offices have been completely refurbished to make them much more comfortable and welcoming. The remaining offices will be converted to this new way of working and will be refurbished over the next few years.
