Change of Address - Carer's Allowance

Permanent Change of Address

In the event of a change of address the customer should contact Disability and Carers Service to inform us of their new address and to confirm that they are still providing at least 35 hours caring per week for the person they look after.
If the customer is being paid by Cheque and they wish to change their Post Office®, they should complete a form P80MA at their new Post Office®, they should notify the Disability and Careers Service immediately as Cheque payments are only redeemable at the Post Office® stated on the cheque.
If the customer is being paid direct into a bank, building society or Post Office® card account they should also inform Disability and Carers Service in writing of any changes to their account details, i.e. sort code or account number.

Temporary Change of Address
