You cannot claim Statutory Sick Pay online.

Issued by employers when an employee is not entitled to statutory sick pay or when statutory sick pay has come to an end.
You can also make a claim by printing out a claim from and filling it in. When you have filled in the form you can either:
- post it to the appropriate office whose details are shown against each form, or
- hand it in at your local office or the Benefit Shop in Royal Avenue Belfast.
Important: The date the claim form is received in a Social Security Agency Office is the date we can consider payment from - not the date you downloaded the claim form.
