Pensions Service Tele-Claims is the quick and easy way to claim Retirement Pension over the phone. Calls are free.

Retirement Pension is paid to people who have reached state pension age and have paid, or been credited with, enough National Insurance Contributions.

You will need to give your details including your National Insurance number. If you are married, you should also have your spouse's details and National Insurance number. We will need details about your benefits and your employment.

We will take this information over the phone and post you out a completed form.

All you have to do is sign it and return it to us.
