What is the Benefit Enquiry Line?
The Benefit Enquiry Line provides the following:
- General information and advice on the full range of benefits
- Personal benefit calculations
- Phone completion of Attendance Allowance, Disability Living Allowance and Carer's Allowance claim forms
What happens when you call?
You will speak to one of our helpful operators who will help you with general benefit advice queries. If you want someone to complete an Attendance Allowance, Disability Living Allowance or Carer's Allowance claim you will be given an appointment for a time that suits you.
The operator will explain what details you will need when we ring you back at the agreed appointment time, such as your National Insurance Number and details of your medication.
