Occasional Research Bulletins

This is a series of occasional papers and notes on various topics by Statistics & Research Branch.  The statistics are frequently experimental, as are the analyses.  Caution is recommended in the use of these bulletins.  Comments from the users on the data, analyses and conclusions of the bulletins would be welcomed by SRB.
