Tesco Taste N.Ireland Show 2009
Location: Custom House Square 4.00 pm – 9.00pm
Event: The new Tesco Taste Northern Ireland Show celebrates the very best of local fayre from Tesco’s many local food and drink producers. Come along and meet the faces behind the products whose passion, pride, expertise and hard work results in the regions sumptuous array of local produce.
There will be over 60 producers from all over Northern Ireland exhibiting with succulent samples galore, so come and nibble on old favourites and take the opportunity to tantalise your taste buds with something new – and it’s free entry!

Chillifest runs in the Festival Marquee from 12 – 7pm serving authentic Cajun, Creole and Tex-Mex dishes all washed down with ice cold beer and red hot American music. Attractions include 2 live music stages with 14 bands and DJ Scratchy, the Fiery Food Fair, Cajun black pot cooking, Cajun Café, No Alibis Literary Tent, Mojo storytelling, helium karaoke, Black market, Lucifire, flame fatale, Chilli Pepper Pete and daily hot chilli pepper eating competitions!
