We have lead responsibility for NI Executive policy re the voluntary and community sector (VCS).

Our mission is to strengthen relationships between government and voluntary and community organisations, creating the environment in which an enterprising and sustainable voluntary and community sector can thrive, contributing to government’s purpose in tackling disadvantage.
